Default Help with Sleeping
I am having terrible trouble sleeping these nights, no reason for not sleeping. Lucky to have no worries or anything like that. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated.

Blessings

Meditation.

Don't drink caffeine after 3 pm

Try natural melatonin tablets

Do not sleep with lights on and do not use electronics, Tvs, etc at least 1 hour prior to bed. (READ A BOOK!)

Thanks Laura, tried meditating but no success I cannot quieten my thoughts. Could be coffee although I have cut down dramatically. Reading is great but it it keeps me awake as I want to read, read read lol. Not keen on tabs but will try them, as I feel this may become a habit. Pharmacy tomorrow.

If I go to bed with a happy thought, and close my eyes and go with it..... next thing I know, I've dribbled on my pillow and its time to get up.

just thought I'd share something easy :]

I use meditation in bed and a dream journal. This helps me subconciously make sleep important and an adventure in the dream world. I've also found 5-10mg of melatonin to be very effective as a sleep aid in addition to helping me dream better.
