Suddenly I feel rotten - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

This morning I woke up feeling absolutely rotten. I have lots of upper lung problems in my life but usually when they start acting up I have congestion but today it was just like my lungs were burst. Every time I took a breath I experienced a sharp pain from my lungs going up my throat. Laying down makes it worse . Any ideas on what this could be?
