You have to watch this! Shoulders need attention the older we get. Men especially tend to over-use them because of back or knee issues. As we speak, I have issues with my own SITS (medical acronym designed to drive RFD crazy), or the rotator cuff muscle group; supraspinatus, intraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis. Five minutes with a pole once a day will help stave off surgery and if you begin these exercises early, may eliminate the need for surgery altogether.

Just don't add max weight while doing military presses with the bar behind your head putting the elbows below shoulder level.
Can never sleep on my side with either arm extended above my head without pain the next morning. Ouch!

pole-pole-pole-pole-pole These really help/ I challenge ANYONE IN HERE to try these exercises for 3 days (especially if you have shoulder issues). If after 3 days you don't notice a difference in your ROM anD pain, I'll take this post down.

NO CHEATING! TAKING THIS CHALLENGE IS ON THE HONOR SYSTEM.
