According to me it is not the effect of tea but when we have Tea more than it kills the hunger and we don't eat so that we lose weight.Else tea don't have any thing that burns the fat ant looses our weight. It is very simple to understand that if we don't eat anything then obviously it results in weight loss.

For the last week and a half i've been drinking around 6 or more cups of tea and have lost 3 kgs! It's working a treat so far and i haven't done any exercise along with it. At least 1.5 kgs went down due to stopping the diet coke but to think that 1.5 kgs of fat has also gone in 12 days is pretty good I reckon. It fills you up and you don't want to eat as much and its much easier than drinking water. still a long way to go. I want to lose another 10 kgs but it mighten take that long if this keeps up.

i havent done the tea thing but i did quit drinking pepsi for most of the time and cut it down to about a glass a day so i didnt get headaches and i lost a couple pounds in a bout a week but i was drinking a lot of soda... and i have been thinking possitive thoughts like "I will get there, even if it takes a while, I will lose the weight." and both have been helping me a lot. but i do like tea so maybe i should try it... thanx for the info!
