According to me it is not the effect of tea but when we have Tea more than it kills the hunger and we don't eat so that we lose weight.Else tea don't have any thing that burns the fat ant looses our weight. It is very simple to understand that if we don't eat anything then obviously it results in weight loss.

My mom stopped drinking diet coke when she moved in with me in November. Just lost a taste for it she says. She has always been heavy, not overly, but chunky lol

Since stopping the soda, she has lost 15 lbs in 5 months Great job!

Default Drinking tea to aid weight loss..
For the last week and a half i've been drinking around 6 or more cups of tea and have lost 3 kgs! It's working a treat so far and i haven't done any exercise along with it. At least 1.5 kgs went down due to stopping the diet coke but to think that 1.5 kgs of fat has also gone in 12 days is pretty good I reckon. It fills you up and you don't want to eat as much and its much easier than drinking water. still a long way to go. I want to lose another 10 kgs but it mighten take that long if this keeps up.

Dr. Oz (a tv health doctor here) just said that Banaba tea 1x a day speeds the metabolism. He also said more fiber and more magnesium (pill form or more dark green veggies) speed up metabolism too

So great job Changing your negative thoughts will help too

i havent done the tea thing but i did quit drinking pepsi for most of the time and cut it down to about a glass a day so i didnt get headaches and i lost a couple pounds in a bout a week but i was drinking a lot of soda... and i have been thinking possitive thoughts like "I will get there, even if it takes a while, I will lose the weight." and both have been helping me a lot. but i do like tea so maybe i should try it... thanx for the info!

I love doing the green tea, diet, (just drinking green tea lol) replacing my coffeeeeeee...mmmmmmmm

I had lost the weight with no exercise.

I'm actually starting a diet, nothing major, just add exercise... I have set up my walking machine..lol I tried it yesterday on a steep up hill and just doing 20 minutes was soooo hard lol but I know I will get back into it, I normally do 45min a day.. thats just me, the goal I set for myself lol.

Love and light
