Default Strange running question
So I just finished my PT test yesterday, and had a strange feeling during the run. While I was running, I felt like I was running barefoot on hot pavement... Any running gurus out there have any advice, or is this a normal sensation.

actually, that was a very interesting article. I hadn't thought about iron deficiency being a cause...

I've had that before, too. But it's always momentary; it's never lasted more than about 10 seconds, so I never thought much about it. And I don't do high mileage runs; I usually stick to between 3-5 miles.

usually, it goes away pretty quick with me as well, but yesterday, it started at the begining of the run, and lasted the entire run (and quite a while after). It was actually bad enough at one point that I couldn't really concentrate on my breathing
