Default Lack of sunlight-taking it's toll.
This is our 12th day of fog, rain, snow, ice, sleet and overcast skies. We are supposed to have partly sunny skies Tuesday but I don't know if I can wait that long. We're all starting to feel the effects from the lack of sunshine. The cat is even starting to get whiny. My body is achy from all of this low pressure. Another inch of rain tomorrow isn't going to help either.

Glad your finally getting some sunshine PhoebeLeigh! That's one of the reasons why I came down south. I could barely get thru the winter up north! Just think only a few more months until warmth and sun again.

The External Sun.
No doubt that the absence of sunlight makes life uncomfortable and troblesome. In its light alone the world is seen. In its absence, though things would continue to exist, they will not be visible and we will not be aware of their presence or absence. Sunlight, remains one and the same, in whose light, all see. The light of the sun, which is the illuminator, is by itself, invisible, unless it is reflected against an object, which gets illumined in its presence.
The Illuminator is different from all that it illumines. The Illuminator continues to exist, even if there are no objects to be illuminated. But, in the absence of the Illuminator, the objects disappear from our view. The objects are many, but their Illuminator, is one.
The Sun remaining one, the whole world sees in its light.

The Internal Sun.
The External Sun can illumine the external world for us, but not our internal world of thoughts, feelings and emotions. Our Internal world is illumined by the Light of our Consciousness, in whose light we witness dreams, though our eyes are closed and it is dark outside.
Though our minds are different, the Consciousness, in whose Light we are aware of its contents, is one and the same and not different from the creator of the universe!
This is the science of spirituality, which the founders of all relegions tried to explain, but in vain!
The Science behind all relegions is very scientifically explained in the book, "The Scientific Art of Managing the Inner World" by U5.
Get it from www.publishamerica.com read it and listen to the voice of your consciousness, as it confirms the truth stated therein. It is the same message which Jesus tried to give, but in vain. People understood everything, except what He wanted them to. Get connected once and for all.
Peace by with you.
Amen.

I have heard that you can get lightbulbs that simulate sunlight. Not ideal but they do radiate a richer range of frequencies compared with standard bulbs and might help.
