Cleveland Golf Customer Service?

Anyone have an email contact for them? I am not having much luck getting in touch with them. No response from the only email contact listed in the European office, no office based here in Thailand, no local dealers seem to know who to call or what to do, and the US customer service only has a long distance phone number and postal address.

There must be a way to email them if you have a problem, I just don't seem to see it anywhere.

DM or post a message to their Facebook wall, should get what you need then. https://www.facebook.com/ClevelandGolf

I agree, I've found their CS to be very good when going thru FB.

Good thought. I just posted on the wall. Their FB info page has no contact information either. Strange.

Saw that- but I am in Bangkok. That is a long distance number from here even as a 1 800 number and I only have a mobile. There has to be a way to get in touch via email for international customers. Or an international toll free number of some kind I can use. Or even an Cleveland/Sixron office located somewhere in town. They just don't seem to have made any effort to make it simple to get in touch if you are outside of North America.

I will make that call as a last resort. But spending big money on a call that will result in them giving me an email to send the registration numbers and photos to- seems like a waste of money and time if they just provided a simple email.

I have to say so far the contrast between Cleveland and Callaway (the only other OEM I ever needed customer service for) is pretty stark. Callaway responded from the US HQ at the email provided on the website within 24 hours. I guess they spoiled me.

Hmm I wouldn't have thought there were would be a charge, then again I'm not out of the country either.

Like cookie said, social media would be my best guess. Maybe Monday will bring good news. Where did you buy the club?

Maybe I should try the Australian email? LOL. Funny, there are 1000's of golf players on this forum, and not one knows an email for CG Customer service in NA or a general international email contact. Something not quite right with that.... Lets hope I get a Monday response.

I got the driver from a member here on THP, 4 months ago.

I can stop by their offices and try to get info if you would like me to. It is here in town about 25 minutes from my place and would not be a problem. Message me if you want and we can talk about it.

Finally had a response! And the Rep seemed to indicate that the exchange could be done right here in Bangkok. It will be fantastic to avoid international shipping and be able to replace the club quickly. Let's see what happens....

Glad to hear this 2Sol, I don't understand why it is difficult to contact them but I knew CG would come through with the exchange. Keep us posted.

glad to hear that you had luck getting in tocuh with them and that they are taking care of your issue

Final Update! Took a long time to get someone to talk to me, but once I had a contact the service was super quick. They set up an exchange at a local retailer which I did today without any problems.

I really think Cleveland could use an international customer service email contact- but I can't fault the service once they got in touch with me. First class.

Thanks Cleveland.

Glad it all worked out... I was wondering what had been going on with you.
