I wanted to take a moment before all the laughing, back slapping, high fiving, drinking, eating, demoing and golfing. I want to take a moment to acknowledge Josh, Morgan and the THP staff for this most incredible weekend. We've heard dozens of times of how JB dreams up these events and GG puts them in Motion. There is no argument where we lose sight of the team of JB and GG. But they also put together a great staff that is going to be up at the crack of dawn setting up the mountians of gear that has been so generously donated for all of us to demo.

So while we are sleeping or just stumbling in from the night before the THP team will be out on the range setting up what is sure to be a great day under the Florida skies beating balls, forming opinions and getting caught up with old friends. I know each and everyone that is attending is aware of the efforts of THP but it always nice to remind them that we are very appreciative of their efforts. So please join me in thanking JB, GG, Puttn4birds, hawk, Hanks and Yoccos for what they have done and will be doing while we are enjoying ourselves. It really is a treat to be a part of something so special and it's even more special because we all get to share it with THP!

Well said Freddie. We also need to thank them for all the work they do with the OEMs. We need to acknowledge the trust the OEMs have in partnering with THP and return the favor to them by providing detailed reviews on the equipment we hit (and probably later buy).

Jman, with all due respect, I'm going to take it one step further.

Without JB, GG, and the staff members being the incredible dedicated people that they are, THP couldn't exist in the way we all know and love it today.

I know at times running a community so large can be extremely difficult, and would guess that at times may not feel like it's worth the massive aggravation, but I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for providing me (and anyone else who wants to join) with a great big, diverse, multi-national family. At face value, THP may be predominately about golf, but to those of us who spend time here daily, it is well beyond that. You can tell that with the congratulations every one shares when a happy event occurs to someone in the family, and with the prayers and well-wishes when someone faces a challenge. The best part of all is that the family is most always welcoming and continues to grow. That wouldn't happen without the tough love that is sometimes required by the staff.

I know that this coming weekend has been more of a challenge than anticipated, and I also know GG has spent hours fretting over details that some of us wouldn't have even noticed, but you all have 70-80 people coming together from across North America to attend a Family Reunion. I hope that you two have a small chance this weekend in the madness, to take one step back and say to each other "Look what we've done!!" You both deserve all this praise and recognition, even if neither of you enjoy us posting these types of comments.
