Default PGA SS Used Clubs Atlanta
I have noticed how sparse the used clubs are getting at the PGA SS around town appears that a couple if online sellers are buying the used sticks up and selling on their websites. Now I do not have an issue with true capitalism it just makes my visits to the store shorter which I don't like.

Has anyone else noticed the spare selection of clubs? Its almost as if the online sellers here have reached a price agreement with PGA SS to buy their preowned equip site unseen or perhaps at a reduced price guaranteed dollar amount or something.

I was in the Duluth store on Monday and the used selection was not worth looking over, very sparse indeed. I used to spend at least a good 10 minutes looking for that hidden gem, but there were none there on Monday and very little to peruse.

Yeah, I mentioned this a week ago in the "What golf stuff did you buy" thread. It looked like all 3 PGA SS had purged their inventory of all the good stuff. I bought an ATV wedge at the Roswell store and was looking to pick up a second one but none could be found.

I hope its not because I have been returning so much pre-owned stuff.

I was seriously hoping this was a temporary thing, and that someone had just bought up a bunch of their inventory for some reason. If it stays like this, it will put a huge dent in my golf purchasing.

We were in kennesaw today, and there was not a whole lot to look at, much less anything newer.

This is disppointing news. Usually visit either Kennesaw or Roswell once or twice a month just to look for used gems. Hope their just going through some kind of cycle.

They partner with Global Golf to move the used clubs. The one in Naples has a decent selection of Drivers, fairways, and hybrids but irons are hit and miss.

If you are Duluth, you should just ho across the parking lot to the Golfsmith. Their used club selection is much better than the PGA SS.

Yeah its the same at GS Extreme. Plenty of choices but their prices are outrageous on used clubs because they are trying to steer people to buy new stuff.

Whenever I'm in town, I go to Trader Golf. One in Alpharetta and one in Sugar Hill. Love the store.

Guess my definition of outrageous and yours may be different. Saw a RazrX set in Duluth for $399 and R11s driver for $149 yesterday. 50% off clubs less than 6mths old seems pretty good to me.

Maybe its just GS Extreme MaryC. They have sets of irons for instance used PING Rapture V2s.selling for 700.00. I will agree that their used drivers and single clubs are priced pretty good.

The PGA SS in Roswell normally has a sporty used club list. I bought a 906 F2 3 wood, a R11 5 wood, and a xFT wedge from there. All used. And these weren't expensive and there were by far better things out there to buy.

Can't say. Haven't been to the Extreme version only know I picked up a used Oddessy putter in great shape for $35 in at the Duluth regular GS store and they seem to have current clubs in their used section at reasonable prices.
