I'm looking to find a competative league to play in this season and was turned onto the B.A.G.S. (Boston Amateur Golf Society) section in CT at a golf expo in Hartford last weekend. I believe the CT section only started up last year, but the Boston section has been running for quite some time now. It plays across all of CT and some southern Mass at both public and privat courses, including TPH River Highlands where the Travelers Championship is held.

Has anyone played in either section of the BAGS tour?

I have been with BAGS for about 5 years now and have played in events in all 3 divisions, Mass, CT, and RI. What info would you like?

I was looking to see how well the tournaments were run and what type of turnout the weekend tournaments usually get. I ended up joining after talking to Brian Blade and am playing in my first tournament sunday. What division do you typically play in?
