If you play a round as a single do you enter your score in GHIN?

I know the scorecards have scorer and attest. And, I understand that some players may sandbag it and turn in high scores to jack their hdcp up. But, when I play by myself, and I play well, I still feel a responsibility to turn that score in. But, if GHIN "requires" that you have someone else in the group, am I needlessly improving my handicap by turning in the good scores from when I play as a single.
