Any Indiana THPers want to get together???
 

I hope this is the right place to put this. I seen where members from other states were doing this and maybe I missed one for Indiana. If not I was wondering if the guys and gals from Indiana would like to do something like this. Could be an outing type or just a get together to play a round of golf. Any suggestions are very welcome. Thanks

There was a thread started way back when about getting together some where around the north side of Indy,then it faded awayhttp://www.thehackersparadise.com/fo...milies/bad.png And since then Myself and 10yd Draw have played over in Cinti with a couple of guys from that area and gonna do it again the weekend of the 15th of October, maybe that would work for you, it was a good time. Not sure where Jamestown is? but I am up to play anywhere within a reasonanable drive of a few hrs. but it would be after the weekend in Ohio. I love to check out new courses to me, as the same old courses can get boring.

Jamestown is about 20 minutes west of Brownsburg. Kinda in between Brownsburg and Crawfordsville. My home course here is Tomahawk Hills and Golf Digest considers it the toughest 9 hole course in the state and some say the Midwest! But I am willing to travel a little ways. Im on a limited income right now and only have one vehicle between my fiance, 2 kids and myself. Doubt I would be able to make the Ohio trip although I would love to. Let me know what you think. I have play on the Golf Channel Amateur Tour 2 out of the last 3 years so Ive played many courses. Ive also played in the MILLION DOLLAR SHOOTOUT at the Brickyard.

Anyone? Or even Midwest that might be willing to travel. Would really like to get something together before the season is over.

There is a Midwest one in Des Moines in less than a month if you are willing to travel.

I will def. look into it. I figured there would be at least a few members willing to get together but maybe there arent as many Hoosiers in here as I expected. Thanks Smallville!

Oh there are a bunch here and if I say that I am not playing there will be a lot more response, so all the rest can get together now

OP like hitman mentioned we had one for Oct but it faded away so now the Ohio one is Oct 15th. I know you said you probably couldnt make that but I would try if at all possible, its a blast

I'm in western Ohio(south of Greenville) and could do a little travel and meet up for a round.

That's why 10 Yd Draw and myself are and have gone over to Ohio for get togethers as can't seem to get it done here at home.....you should come it's a blast

Im trying to work it out so I can go. Like I told 10yddraw, I dont think my veicle would make it. We are working on setting one up at my home course here in Jamestown for the early part of next season. We werent going to give much detail right now so that people dont lose interest in it. My course is only 9 holes but ranked the toughest 9 hole course in the Midwest. 10 yd is up for it so hopefully we can get a bunch of guys together for it. I was telling him if we had enough I can probably get the course shut down for us and I know I will get a good group deal as well.
