I've been a member at THP for a little over two years now. In that time I've seen the site grow by leaps and bounds. It's been quite a sight to see.

The member involvement in equipment testing is a stroke of genius. I love reading what amateurs like me have to say about equipment. The enthuiasm for the testing process from veterans and rookies alike is enfectious. My love for equipment has grown because of what all of the great members have to offer in the way of their opinions and thoughts. All of this because of what THP has envisioned as a way to get unbiased opinions and to get each and every one of us involved.

The knowledgeable and thoughtful staff has been selected very well and is well-rounded. The insight that not only the two of you show with your reviews and thoughts, but the staff, expands our knowledge base and provides information on a variety of subjects about golf and equipment and many others as well.

The Outing idea started by having a few of us "strangers" show up at your house, share some meals, drinks, laughs and a few rounds of golf. What a great and memorable weekend that was. I made some lifetime friends from that weekend and that was because of you. It's grown into two huge Outings, with people traveling from all over the world and now a third one booked to capacity 11 months out.

THP had the crazy idea of giving amateurs a chance to taste what tour players experience. You named it The Morgan Cup. How you pulled this off is remarkable. Who would have thought something like this is even possible? Being selected as Captain of one of the teams was such a tremendous honor. I can't thank you enough for the opportunity and what it has meant to me. We amateurs are being outfitted from head to toe, we're sharing our experience and thoughts on the forum with the THP community and social media outlets. There is friendly banter and smack talk and encouragement from both sides. I said it in the MC thread, but it's already been an experience of a lifetime and we haven't hit a shot in the competition part of it. I'm really looking forward to this being the ultimate week of friends and golf. We really are a fortunate bunch to be a part of it.

There are so many other things I am missing that make THP such a great community.

You just prove time and time again that you have the ultimate vision of the golfing lifestyle. You unselfishly share it with the rest of us. How lucky are we as members?

You two, with the help of the tremendous staff, do so much behind the scenes and I for one can't thank you enough for all that each one of you do. In fact, there aren't enough words that can express that gratitude. It's been a great ride and a real pleasure to be able to tag along.

Your contribution to the game and lifestyle is immeasurable and I hope that THP continues it's tremendous growth.

Very well stated Biggsy. Wish I found this place before I did but SO glad that I did; it is an amazing place to talk golf (among other things).

I am looking very much forward to the 2012 outing and all that it will be!!
