Default Golf Handicaps
Does anyone know if the USGA (or any other organization) has a probability chart for handicaps? What I mean: If someone's handicap is a certain number, it will show the odds that this person could shoot a certain score..I read about something like this on a site for the WorldAm in Myrtle Beach, where many say handicap accuracy is in question every year..I ask because I played in a 3 round tournament a while back and all 3 courses were tough par 72 tracks (PGA Reserve in Port St Lucie Fl)...That would make 216 the even par score for the tournament....I was nowhere near the top so I'm not a sore loser...The winning score (net) was 190, 26 under par....I don't know this person's handicap, he may have had the best 3 rounds of his life in the same week...Just wondering if such a chart exists...Thanks ...
