I have noticed lately that on days when I strike the ball particularly well my legs are what hurt the most the next day and on days when I struggle, my lower back suffers. It must be telling me something about a swing flaw but I'm not sure what.
Anyone else notice something like this? |

The bottom of my feet get sore. I suppose it's from rocking back and forth without staying on the balls of my feet. Balance has been my major problem the last few years although it is getting better since joining the gym. Now my wife usually has a sore butt muscle pull and we are still trying to figure out the source from that one.

Lately I've been suffering with bad lower back pain/tenderness on the right side and soreness in my left arm around the bend. I've also had bouts with sore ribs on the left side but that has mostly disappeared.
I have chaulked it up to being older and trying to act like I'm still 16. Edit: I didn't really want to mention the butt pain but my hubby went ahead and did it for me. It's directly related to the lower back pain though. ![]() |

Lower back for me. Its been sore for thirty years, so at 49 I'm use to it, but it does hurt a little after walking 18. |

I always assumed the more I played the less sore I would be over time. I went to Bandon Dunes for the first time a year ago and played 54 holes in 3 days and I swear my legs are still sore from it to this day. People who say golf is a leasure activity don't play. |
