IMO, TGW is the staple for online retailers of golf equipment. They have one BNB in Wichita, KS...IF YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM FOR GOLF EQUIPMENT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. They used to do a lot of advertising on The Golf Channel, but havent seen too many lately.

I've used TGW at least a dozen times with no trouble whatsoever.

One thing that I really like is that their shipping is CHEAP. I think it's a 6.99 flat rate. Like somebody said, be patient if possible and wait for the sales.

I will say that I emailed their customer service last night about the box I received(which I never do) and included pictures. They emailed me back within 2 hours. Apologized for the condition it was received told me they would gladly ship out a replacement. Kudos to them! I do like TGW and usually buy a few things a year off of their site.

That is excellent customer service!

I am sure that TGW did not send that box out in that condition. That was a UPS issue. I deal with that kind of thing all the time in my business. We ship using UPS Ground and we will sometimes receive customer complaints about damaged boxes on arrival and I can 100% guarantee they did not leave our warehouse in that condition.

In fact, TGW had every right to tell you to deal with UPS on this one and they didn't. That speaks volumes to me as far as their customer service levels!

I just got my new OGIO from them. Shipping was fast, but expensive. $60 to ship to Canada. Otherwise it was a sweet deal.

part of that is true. In my old job I had to deal with warehousing and shipping. That being said, this box looks as if it was put back together. The bottom of it has about 8 strips of tape along it and I know that is not how the box was put together because I have already ordered this bag. Good customer service is alwasy a plus to any company wheter it be for golf or anything else.

I have personally seen UPS drivers "fixing" damaged boxes with tape guns before delivering them to our warehouse.

But there is no real way to tell if these were damaged prior to shipping or during. Kudos again to TGW for not playing the "blame game" with UPS.

I love them and recently have been using them for golf clothes for my girlfriend, on the recommendation of Golf Chick. Super fast shipping and I really couldn't be happier.

Yup!

I should have a UPS delivery of some Foot Joy Superlites from TGW waiting on my front steps when I get home and I also just ordered a TM Xft 58 degree wedge so as to take advantage of the 15% off and free shipping. Total cost = $76 and change. Cheapest price anywhere else other than eBay was $89.00.

I wanted to post some pictures of the box I received with a travel bag in it. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a gift for someone. This is the first issue I have had with TGW.

this thing looks like OEM's travel bag when returning from the outing!
