CHEAPPoem Join Date Oct 2005 Posts 564 Senior Member	Golf After a Good Rain. I love playing after it has just rained. Drives may not run as far, but the greens are like a dart board and you can ram home putts that you wouldn't dream of being aggressive with on a hard green. Some of my best rounds have been on a wet course and I don't mind telling you that since the ground is soft I can take more of a divot....and don't even mind that the divot sticks to the face of the club!
