Btw, Obama honouring De niro (Springsteen, Brooks, etc)

Part 1:

Part 2:

AFI life-time achievement:

Scorsese to De niro

Both close to breaking down with emotion.

Channel 4 here in the UK has a special program on the 20 years today (guess) .. For some reason, I am not putting my butt up the seat to watch this one although I for sure, will be seated

They say, its not just cartoon. I will keep my hands one fine day and that day will be memorable if I like the episode, because I have this tendency to complete television series-s at a stretch

The Monorail episode (co-written by Conan O Brien) is one of my favorite episodes of all time. Unadulterated comedy!

Athu ennathu, Pro? As in hardened "Bro"? Professor? Protta champion? Probable cause for brain damage? :P

Anyway, one of my ambition is to own all, yes, all, yes, aaaaalllll the box sets of The Simpsons! I have three (seasons) now. Budget reasons-naala postpone pannuneen.

Like everyone, I am in awe, sure the quality dropped somewhere last few years, but its just compared with its own other episodes. The best thing in TV for the last two decades, I tell you!!! I am also intrigued how the interest shifted from Bart to Homer. And I would be lost to list which is the best episodes. Too many.

Yeah. It's funny how everyone forgotten the great Robert De niro. They complain he does crappy comedies and potboilers. But now he does a solid drama in "Everybody's fine", it's not crossed 2000 votes in Imdb. I hope he gets nominated for some awards, it would be some consolation for the great man.

there are just f***** celebs!!!! *Envies*

I'm forbidden from using the "seven dirty words" of George Carlin.

Thanks for the links, Thilak. Yeah, people should cut De Niro some slack. Have you seen City By The Sea (2002), mediocre film, but solid De Niro in it.
