I pretty much couldn't be more excited for this film. Kudos on being an extra! Did you get to see Joss?

Default I know it doesn't come out until May, but....The Avenger Thread
Trailer! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VN4m2Gj0LFI

The only reason I'm doing this is that I was an extra on this thing and you can see my blurry form scurrying around the corner of a building as the chopper comes in.

Yep, that dark smudge is me and my 'family' running from some kind of danger. Don't know what yet.

Now, lets get back to talking about how hot Chris Hemsworth is.

Aw, that's neat! You're a star!

Forget Chris Hemsworth! Can we talk about Tom Hiddleton (FUCK YOU, I LOVE HIM!!!)? Or Chris Evans (side note: there's a guy who looks almost EXACTLY like him roaming around campus? IN ROTC AND EVERYTHING! I gotta hit that.)? Or Jeremy Renner (FUCK YOU, I LOVE HIM TOO!!)?

It's just going to be awesome.

Wonder if the girl at the cafe saved by Captain A will be featured more prominently in the sequels. Hill is awesome, hope to see more of her too.

Wow wow wow! Best superhero movie EVAH!!!!!!
From now on, all things must be written and directed by Whedon.

Also, how funny was the Hulk?!? You know which bit(s) I'm talking about!

The problem with Whedon, though:

I think there's an interview with Clark Gregg, who's absolutely adorable as Coulson, that

we'll still get to see more of him.

CraveOnline: Joss Whedon is also a master of killing off beloved characters. I’m actually a little worried about you.

Clark Gregg: Yeah, I’ve read this! I’ve read this. I’m flattered that people care, but I wish they would stop saying this because they’re going to put it in somebody’s mind! I’m talking to them about doing Iron Man 3 right now, and somebody’s going “Maybe Agent Coulson should die,” and I’m like, “Hey, hey, hey! This is the best job I’ve ever had! Stop talking about killing Agent Coulson off.”

CraveOnline: (Laughs) – Fair enough.

Clark Gregg: No, no, no. I talked to Joss Whedon early on. I said “Hey, why is everyone saying this?” And he said, “Yeah, I’ve done that before. Don’t worry. You’re safe.”

That was a shitty move on Whedon's part. I hope (more of a wish, really) Nick Fury was lying.

I just loved Agent Coulson's fanboy-ism.

just saw it. It was fucking awesome. What a great move to have all the expository scenes interlaced with humor. It was just so much fun the whole way through. I will most likely be seeing it again on Wednesday since it's my day off. Anyone see it in 3D? Would it be worth it?

I watched it in 3D and it looked pretty damn good. It was all done with a sort of subtlety instead of WOWLOOKATTHISCOMINGRIGHTATYOU that some other 3D movies have done in the past.
