Thanks for the reminder, sparkchaser. I have been watching this show but missed last nights episode. I'll read a recap.

I'm fan but for me it's a love-hate relationship. I love watching it because I'm waiting for the series finale. I cuss every episode when it's over. I just want the story to finish. I'm tired of watching it.

LOST is one of the best series I have ever watched, or better said, still watching. It involves a strange story of a flight survivors on an Island who see things they've never seen before, they discover their personality, they face their fears and sometimes their death. Its not only drama, but enriched with Sci-fi but a special type that is just perfect and well balanced for such a series of events. The series present many ideologies or better said philosophies, especially the philosophy of life, but in a strange manner. In a way, the series of events on the Island between different people reflects real life, how do societies and nations ally, fight, react and deal with others.

That was my introduction to the series for newbies. If you found my intro interesting and you haven't seen it, GO NOW & GET IT !!! It will change your perspective to the notion of life.... at least it did to me!

Now for Season 5, three episodes have been out already and I believe they are once of the best episodes. By adding the variable dimension of time, it has introduced a new level of thinking, a new level of analyzing and a new level of events that you are not sure if they happened or going to happen. The producers are just amazing. They deserve two thumbs up and full grade for their amazing work.

Anyone has seen the last episode S05E03 Jughead?

Ever since I read this bit on TV Tropes, my desire to watch the show has dwindled immensely.

Milkman Conspiracy - Television Tropes & Idioms
The conspiracy in Lost appears to be run by the alliance of a small Danish pharmaceuticals company, a Korean car manufacturer, an American chocolate bar maker and a British pregnancy test lab, all masterminded by two grad students from University of Michigan.

Can anyone confirm the above?

I don't care for the subplot dealing with those three new characters: Miles, Charlotte, and Faraday.
I really like the show, seen every episode so far. I wasn't impressed with this week's episode.

The craziest part was when they revealed that Widmore was one of the young soldiers. I've given up trying to guess this show.

A friend got me season 1 on DVD in November. My mother just finished watching it and has asked me to get her the second season for her birthday.

Haha.... glad there are people here interested in LOST or at least relatives

Looking forward to today's episode, I believe it will be crazy will all the latest events and the links between people.

Do you sometimes feel dizzy from watching season 5, especially with all the instability in time, and the fluctuation between past and future
