Default Project Runway: All Stars
ew.com has a new sneak preview clip of the show. It is starting on January 5th.

But, does anyone know why it looks like Heidi, Tim, Nina and Michael aren't going to be on it?

Another good episode. I love the condensed format, less drama more fashion. That's what's been missing from PR the last couple of season.

I'm mostly okay with the outcome.

Sweet P needed to home, her dress was just bad. April's wasn't much better, but as Jerell said, Sweet P essentially sent the same dress down the runway as last week. It didn't work then and didn't work tonight.

I thought Michael C should have gotten the win over Austin though. His dress was beautiful. I liked Austin's but Michael's just had that ooomph that made it better, IMO.

Kenley's dress...ugh. Prom night! And Jerell's dress looked more like a Maxi Maternity dress than a formal evening gown to me.

eta: I'm nervous about next week. This could be very very bad for PR.

I thought there was a taste issue with Michael C's, and that it could've used a bit of editing.

And yeah, next week...I'm already feeling very embarrassed for them all.

OH SHIT KENLEY'S BACK!

Sorry, I'm late to the party. I'm not rooting for anyone in particular yet, but I already miss Tim, Heidi, Michael, and Nina. Maybe the change-up is good, though; the last few seasons have been a bit stale.

Kenley's dress.... All I could see was this:
and screaming 4 year olds.

I am really upset about Michael. He has really improved as a designer and that gown showed it. Simply STUNNING.

But he did really good! It could've went either way but Austin's dress was a deserving win. I thought Barbie the minute I saw Kenley's dress too, but it was kinda cute.

"Tasteful is such a good word. I haven't heard that one in a very long time." Ha!

Loving this season!

Kenley's dress was horrible!

I really thought April was going home, although I think Sweet P was deserving to go home.

I actually thought Mondo should have been in the top 3 to win. I was overwhelmed in a good way by his end product.

I think it was pretty much a tie between Michael C and Austin. I'm happy with the judges' decision.

Michael C. was robbed! Also, April's was such a fucking mess I wouldn't have been upset if they sent her home.

I loved Austin's dress! Michael's was okay but it was much more "Cher goes to the opera" (very Bob Mackie) than NYC socialite (Austin said it was more "celebrity", and he was right!).

I really miss Tim.

So no one wants to be the first to talk about that ridic ep last night?

I still can't get over the fact that they were talking about Miss Piggy as if she were a real person. Or that they kept straight faces while talking about her as a real person.
I'm good with the winner. Even though Gordana's dress was boring I didn't think it was worthy of the auf. I couldn't believe Rami was in the top 3, when his dress came out I literally shouted at the tv "Oh my God Rami what did you do???" It looked like a Carmen Miranda dress.

I had the same first reaction to Rami's dress. But the longer I looked at it and after I heard his explanation, it made since that it was intentional, and it apparently was what the judges were looking for - being over the top Miss Piggy style.

I was under the impression that you always talk about the Muppets like they're real people, no? They do interviews, guest star on shows, do red carpets... wasn't Kermit a date for Lady Gaga? Anyway, I thought parts of Miss Piggy's commentary were actually hilarious. I loved when she said, "This dress doesn't scream, 'MISS PIGGY!' No, it whispers it."

As for the dresses, I didn't mind Rami's too much for the scope of the challenge. I think Mila should have been sent home. That dress was just boring. I actually liked the idea better when I saw her sketching it on her tablet, but then it didn't feel like it came across as well once she actually finished it. Gordana's did look a bit like a nightgown.

Also, am I the only one who doesn't think April should be on All Stars? I've never cared much for anything she's put down a runway.

On her previous season, I did like a lot of what April designed, but this season has been lackluster.

I just got caught up today. I'm not digging Not-Heidi. It's not because she's not Heidi, but she just seems so awkward and uncomfortable. Not-Nina and Not-Michael and Not-Tim are fine. The first two are actually a refreshing change from the drama of Nina and Mr Orange.

Michael Costello is super annoying. It would be nice if he could stop being a bitch for 5 minutes. I'm so glad spit-girl and her blessings only had to be around one episode. I'm on Team Mondo all the way.

Jerell has done the same dress for the last three weeks.

SO glad with today's elimination. Wasn't really feeling the winner though...looked like a Bea Arthur Golden Girls dress to me.

She was the weakest link - good bye!

Kara's so next!

I agree, I thought Michael's was frumpy, and I wasn't all about Mondo's either.

Anyone know why they didn't go to the usual Mood fabric store?

Because of the time limitation.
