Here is an English Translation of al-Hafiz Ibn al-Qayyim's al-Tibb al-Nabawi.

Just reading through that, he (al-Dhahabi) mentions on page 228 quoting al-Imam al-Shafi'i:

إن أهل الكتاب قد غلبونا على الطب

"Verily the Ahl al-Kitab (Jews and Christians) have over-powered us in (the field of) Medicine."

Subhan-Allah such a true statement, we see this today in our times, and Imam al-Shafi'i seen this in his time, which means the Muslims were declining in the field of medicine for a very long long time.

And strength is sought through Allah alone.

Assalamu Alaykum

Allamah Dhahabi never wrote a book on Tibb an-Nabawi!
The book was by a doctor of his time.

See here for an Arabic discussion into the incorrect inscription.

The list of items is on pg 22 and 23.
The editor of the print Ml Tariq sahib had probably made a chart of it.

Okay, okay Jazakumullah......now....one final thing....forgive me folks for being such a nuisance and for so many demands….
but where can I get translation for at least page 32 and 33? A GP friend of mine wants it and I know that if I can translate it I will requirean 'Omray Nooh' (Prophet Noah's age) ...
