That's really fearing that our own army is going against such Islamic Foundations.
We must condemn such steps by Army.

how is it "our" army?
this precise question is addressed in this booklet

the army have shown greater disrespect to mosques, seminaries and ulema in the past and they are allied against them with non_muslims.

a must read on why pakistan army, intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies must be fought via J!had can be found here

i think by 'our army' he means 'by our own MUSLIM soldiers of a nation that is populated by muslims and supposedly run by muslims'.

Did the rangers disprespect the madrassah? better to cooperate so we can avoid another lal masjid episode. I dont find it unreasonable, the police n rangers are only doing their jobs.

better to cooperate so we can avoid another lal masjid episode.
perhaps you should see the agreements that were made and then torn up by musharraf before saying that.
a good thing would be to also ponder why that particular operation was named 'operation silence'

it is a pity too many people still blame the lal masjid ulema for the massacre saying 'they forced the army to do it'.
most probably they don't know what happened.
Did the rangers disprespect the madrassah?
there is also a hostel there. how would it be if the soldiers entered our homes and our bedrooms and turned them upside down?
yet for the madrassah students there is no empathy.
the police n rangers are only doing their jobs.
that is not an excuse.
also why aren't the rangers conducting mass operations in karachi city to root out the MQM, Balochi and ANP terrorists? why only half-attempts?

pakistanis will always complain when police takes action against rehman dekait, pakis were complaining, when they took action against mqm gangs muhajirs were complaining, when they took action against balochi gangs whole lyari was complaining, now theyre taking precautions, we're still complaining.
Anyway theyre not going to look good if the tip off turned out to be true n they didnt do anythin about it til its too late. our agency made that mistake once, they cant afford to make another mistake. And musharraf isnt here anymore. Besides madrassahs are for teaching, and imparting knowledge. Best to keep it that way in sha Allah.

incorrect. sahaba karam trained in the masajids.

that being said what do you exactly know about the tip-off?

what if they came to arrest scholars who speak the truth about the army? how is that not teaching and imparting knowledge on the part of scholars?

mufti shamzai was also teaching and imparting knowledge when he was gunned down outside jamia binnoria.

you just assumed bombs were being made in the madrassah.

i am not concerned with whoever else is complaining. it is pitiful you would line up people like mufti taqi with mqm gangsters. they are complaining for different causes. one is speaking against injustice the other against justice. you go at great lengths to defend the army...but using such shallow arguments which erode your case.

then again you speak of balochi gangs but not the atrocities army commits there. ever heard of missing persons?and then those who are 'found' bear signs of inhuman torture.

What if? Theres no what if, the OP isnt about 'what ifs' a lot can be assumed with 'what ifs'. Anyway the rangers came to check for hiding militants if im not mistaken? or did they come for mufti saab as you seem to be alleging? Mistakes have been committed by both sides and this is why the army doesnt trust madrassahs anymore. And madrassas dont trust army anymore. I cant blame the army for taking precautions. I definitely wouldnt want my siblings at a madrassah where militants are hidden. The fact they dint find any, is alhamdulillah a good news, it will not harm the institutes reputation, so whats the harm? We're going through testy times, we cant say it wasnt expected.

So..'I assumed bombs were being made' there? what a lie, when i never said anything of that sort. Tsk tsk. Where are the mods now?

Actually this was the first time i defended the army's action. So youre back to lying.
The only atrocities being committed are by the thieving sardars in sweden switzerland and london controlling BLA BLO BLF etc etc. Missing persons. Out of the 500 people about 50 people are believed to be held by the army, same amount of balochis die by takfiris, lets condemn both?

Westernized elites? Corrupt money? Yeah only an 'actual Muslim' would accuse another of being 'westernized' with 'corrupt' money, because of course you would know the money is 'corrupt' and how western they are. What an arrogant post.

I've seen the army announce on media before carrying out search operations like the ones carried out in lyari and Lasbella area (Karachi). And once it was announced on the night before and like the wanted(s) residing at these places do not have t.v. let alone intelligence contacts..

what mistake has been committed by the 'other side' may i know?
and obviously the 'reputation' you talk about is based on secular newspapers yes?

my statement that you assumed bombs were being made there alluded to 'militants hiding there'. again, this is speculation on your part without any proof to show as evidence. before accusing me of lying please consider your stance towards TTP. you always tow the ISPR lines. one can either support TTP or the army. and if they choose a side they have to bring evidence from islamic scholars. do you have any scholar (who isnt in government) who can challenge the fatawa given against the army? bring it.

which balochis die by takfiris? who is a takfiri? where are evidences for these statistics of sweden switzerland?
what callousness towards the missing persons i must say.

?

It seems you're deeply personally involved in the issue under discussion (pakistani army etc.).
When someone is so personally involved, judgements may easily be clouded by it, and objectivity remains a far-away utopy.

Assalamualaikum,

Army to act like this in a madarassah where Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Rafi Usmani teach is shocking and unthinkable. If Army wants to take precaution this is not a manner to take, similar incident happened during the time of Moulana Zakariya Khandalvi, the army broke into Moulana Ubaidullah Anwar's (ra) place and left him injured. Hadhrat Shaykh (ra) was very angered about this. And came to lahore until General Ayub Khan left his seat of presidency.

and BTW, the media was lying about TTP threatening to kill imran khan. ihsanullah tipu mehsud (of Asia times online) presented a statement of TTP spokesperson which stated:
"There are news in media that i have threatened to kill imran Khan from TTP if he comes to Wazeeristan, that was quoted by an AP reporter Ishtiaq Mehsud regarding my interview with him, i gave him interview but i hadn't stated in that interview that we are going to kill imran khan , instead i replied to his question that what will be our reaction on Imran khans visit that Shurah of TTP will Decide what to do a week before his Sure arrival and will announce it. Its sure and clear that we don't have any sympathy with Imran Khan neither we need his sympathy, as he himself claim to be liberal and we seek liberals as Infidels, the reporter Added the Death threat himself while bypassing the Norms of Journalism, he tried to break a good News for his Publicity and it shows his immorality. We condemn such behavior by media Personals that they mis present our Stance.
From:
Ihsan-ullah-Ihsan"

source: http://pakistan-mediagroup.blogspot....i-taliban.html

( in sha Allah more on this as i look for more evidence).
