Default Complying with your parents requests
Salams

Just a simple question.

If your mother asked you to do something,

e.g Mum: Go and buy milk from shop X

Are you allowed to negotiate with your mother?

E.g. Son: Instead, can I buy the milk from shop Y?

Basically, are you allowed to ask her to change her request?

Unfortunately I do this often and I although I try to comply what my mother’s request, I find myself sometimes being very pushy and almost forcing her to change her requests If I do not agree.

Is this allowed?

Jazakallah Khayran.
