Default Separating Fiqh from politics is an innovation
al-Salamu `Aleykum,

The leaders and politicians of the nation must be well rooted in Islamic Fiqh as was the case with the Prophet (SAWS) and the leaders he appointed and the rightly guided Caliphs after him, picking or electing a leader who doesn't have knowledge of Fiqh is an innovation.

Go ahead and discuss bros and sisses.

The reason why they want to separate fiqh from politics is that they want to make religion into customs & rituals. Big Conspiracy going on.

There is Tawheed e Hukmi in Islam which lays down the fundamental that nothing other than Allah's law can be implemented over Allah's land or can be followed by an individual if it contradicts any ruling in Allah's law. Allah's law and Shariah is supreme which is the basis of politics in Islam and is also the part of our faith.

for every part of ibadah there are requirements or requisites . TO pray Salah you need wudu, and fatiha and etc.. for hajj same thing.

So what are requirements to implement Allah's laws ?

Certain aspects of the knowledge of the religion is compulsory upon every Muslim(including a politician
obviously) and there are those aspects which are not and is a communal obligation. So ideal leader might be one with best knowledge but in times when a politician is incapable of fulfilling the duties of being a advanced scholar in religion and scholar of religion being incapable of being a politician, the obligatory nature of a politician being a advanced scholar can be questioned.

So what are requirements to implement Allah's laws ?
1) A sound knowledge of Allah's Laws, Quran and Sunnah thus we will need Scholars of Islam to derive and tell us these laws.
2) Deep understanding of Shariah to be imparted to the public which deals with personal life to political system.
3) Any hindrance in the way of implementation of Shariah be removed so as to restore peace on Allah's land i.e a complete control over the part of land on which Shariah needs to be implemented.

There may be other things too..

We Declare:

1) The Liberation of Muslims lies in the rejection of haram paper currency and its financial institutions in preference for the use of value-inherent gold, silver, and commodity exchange.

2) That the gold dinar is as Ibn Khaldun insisted a part of the Revelation with Quranic authority and is necessary for the halal execution of Zakat, dowry and trade.

3) That the authority of Zakat, Jihad, the two Eids and just coinage depend on amr and so Khalifate must be established.

4) That no condition is imposed on the declared Khalif such as race or family or perfection of character but only upholding and sustaining of what Allah and His Messenger Allah bless him and grant him peace have ordained.

5) That in accord with Islamic practice over the centuries local governance of whole peoples may be sustained by amirate, sultanic power will be its defender and ultimate arbiter in Jihad and Zakat.

6) That those opposing the impulse to unity and wealth and success among the Muslims will be unmasked and removed.

7) That there should be one Islamic High Command overseeing all Islamic military operations and their strategies, assuring also that they fulfil the known laws of ghazwat and Jihad.

8) That the ghazis, the shuyukh and the ulama along with the local governers sustain a unified field of energy activity and collaboration.

9) That the Khalif will be declared, enthroned, protected and victorious, this being the purpose meaning and glory of our lives and our akhira.

10) That all this is by the Power of Allah taala, La ghaliba illalah

From the book The Return of The Khalifate by Shaykh Abdal Qadir as-Sufi
