Default Going for Gold in Ramadan - BBC World Service 2030 today
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00vjqvm.html

To mark the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and the final days before the 2012 summer Olympics, Heart and Soul explores the clash between strict religious obedience and the quest for Olympic glory.
For all practising Muslims, the month of Ramadan means abstaining from food and drink from sunrise to sunset - ....

Time after time, I see the error of stating the fast is from sunrise (and not dawn).

Doh!

This is great!

He doesn't let his training get in the way of his obligations to Allah The Almighty

He also meets an Olympian of the future, 18-year-old Ambreen Sadiq, the first British Muslim female boxer, who tells the programme how she deals with her brutal training regime, while denying herself food or drink for up to 14 hours a day. Not only is female boxing bad but Muslim women are involved in this? How shocking. It is not natural to see women hitting each other in the face and chest trying to knock each other out...women are supposed to be nourishers not half men.
