assalamalaikum
i have a cousin (younger than me ) who hurts me a lot.....tell me bad and vulgar words .....
in an urgent need if i call him he wont answer...once i called him 20-25 times but he didnt pick up...
he doesnt give any respect to me at all.....he is 5 years younger than me..

pls tell me how would i react to him?
pls advice.....
