Default Is this Hanafi Way?
In Farz Namaaz, whether it be four raka’ats (Zuhr, Asr and Isha) or three (Maghrib)
Surah Fatihah and any additional Surah must be recited in the first two raka’ats; only Al Fatihah will be recited in the last two raka’ats. In a Farz Namaaz of two raka’ats (Fajr), one must recite AL Fatihah and any additional Surah in both raka’ats.

Is that correct? Hanafi Way?

Yes, considering you are praying alone and not in Jama'at.
