Date would be 1 day forward or back if there is a time difference of A.M. or P.M.
And you have to do it manually!

I still don't get it.

Can you show an example with it. For example, if a person was born on October 4, 1988 [not my birth date by the way].

Press -10y twice, then -1y 4 times. Then 2012 will become 1988. Similarly change the month and the day.
