Hazrat is a Khalifa of Muhayyus Sunnah Hazrat Maulana Shah Abrarul Haq Saheb who was the last khalifah of Hakeemul Ummat Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi and the only son of Hazrat Shah Hakeem Mohammed Akhtar (DB)

Hazrat Maulana Mazhar (DB) program in Port Shepstone is cancelled due to Maulana not feeling very well.

Maulana will be tomorrow (Saturday) at Musjid Hilal (Durban Markaz) after Zuhr for the Quraan Khatam ‎​إن شاء الله

ULAMA program AFTER ASR at Khanqah Ashrafia Akhtaria.

AFTER MAGHRIB will be the main program and bay'at will take place after program ‎​إن شاء الله .

There will also be 3 quraan khatams and 2 more to confirm.

Meals will be served after esha (at the end of program) ‎​إن شاء الله

I attended the program of Hazrat Maulana (DB) today after Maghrib at Masjid Falaah. Maulana spoke about adopting taqwa and sitting in the company of the "mutaqeen". He used the example of the extreme close companionship of Nabi and Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA). He also spoke of experiences of his father and his own with Qari Sideeq Ahmed Bandwi he said he once wrote a letter to Qari Sahib that he is going to visit him for a few days, Qari Sahib was already in hospital awaiting an eye operation when he received Maulana Mazhar Sahibs letter. He then delayed the operation and went to the khanqah so that he could be in the company of Hazrat.

Tomorrow, Hazrat will be in Rustenburg

Also, Mufti Ahmed Khanpuri (DB) is in the country and tomorrow he will be speaking at Masjid Hamidiyya in Newtown, JHB.

Hazrat strictly disallows any videos of him being taken. His father, our Shaikh, Hazrat Maulana Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar damat barkatuhum deems any kind of photos and videos of living beings to be haram and hence strictly disallows them. Following him, almost all of his close associates and Khulafaa also abide by this ruling and are very strict in this regard. Announcements are continuously made in Hazrat's Masjid and Khanqah (in Karachi, Pakistan) to remind people of prohibition of such snapping/video recording in their premises. People caught to be taking photos/videos face confiscation of their cell phones (Although after deletion of the photos/videos, the cell phones can be returned).

That video of Hazrat Maulana Hakeem Mazhar sahib seems to be a bit old one (since Maulana has a white beard now) and since it is a recording from some Ijtimaa' (a large religious gathering), hence Maulana must would have not known about his video being recorded.

I will like to request brother Zaid to delete his post. (Edit: Post deleted now)
