I don't need statistics...i have heard from people living in places like afghanistan where soldiers go on random killing sprees, i have seen the abuse in images from Abu Ghuraib prison, i have seen the way these issues are quickly swept under the carpet....i know there are plenty more incidents like these ones that go unreported and the public are never made aware of them.....the dusturbing thing is that many of them are like minded as was the case in Abu Ghuraib...isit just a coincidence that those sick like minded people happened to be deployed in the same area and none of them had a conscience or is this just common behaviour amongst most of them?

in the same way we muslims do not want to be judged because of a few terrorists and mad ranters or sex gang rapists
we should afford others the same grace

was My Lai massacre sanctioned by the US government? or was it the soldier's own doing?
was using the Qur'an for target practice sanctioned by US govt or the soldiers did it out of their own free will?
was urinating on mujahideen martyr's bodies sanctioned by US govt or the soldier's made the decision themselves?

truth is, whether the american apologists like it or not, the soldiers are brainwashed by the army when they join up. any soldier of any army not just the american. we have 'shining' examples of similar conduct in the pakistan army as well. therefore when these animals are left in the open for 'combat' their animalistic side gets the better of them.
with the eradication of basic morals and values from american culture they exhibit the worst behavior any american can exhibit. and of course one of the first victims of immorality are women. yet they are the ones exploited to cause it in the first place.
