This time I've been asked regarding a madrasa in Galway, Ireland..
Does anyone know it? Who runs it in terms of "maslak"? Do they offer short courses for non-Muslims?

the website doesn't say, but there is an article on there with many quotes from Ibn Qayyim (ra) which could suggest that they are Salafi leaning, why not send them an email asking?
