During the visit to India Ahmed Azimov , Deputy Chairman, and Nedim Kaya, Secretary General for Executive Board, had a meeting with a leader of Jamiyyati Ulema Maulana Mahmud Medeni, the Member of Indian Parliament. Jamiyyati Ulema has 1700 branches all over India focusing on religious and non-religious education, especially among women.

Maulana Mahmud Medeni stressed the importance of involving Muslim youth into IT development, facilitating educational and promotional programs for students. From the economical perspective important to mention Jamiyyati Ulema as one of the primary organization for Halal certification in India.
