I installed this software but I am facing some problems. The software doesn't show Arabic text but instead shows some weird characters.

Go into your control panel. Then go to Region/Language settings. Change your "unicode" language to Arabic. If you are running Win 7, then change your system locale to Arabic.
 that will help.
