Aqidah: "Aqidah Tahawiyyah" by Imam Tahawi Fiqh: "Fiqh al-Imam" by Shaykh Abdurrahman ibn Yusuf Tasawwuf: "The Path to Perfection" by Shaykh Masihullah Khan Islamic Politics: "Join the Caravan" by Sheikh Abdullah Azzam They're simple, yet powerful... Nevertheless, The Reliance of the Traveller and Beheshti Zewar are both great books too! |

Biography of Shaykh al-Islam Maulana Husain Ahmad al-Madani (ra) - Maulana Bayazeed Pandor Sahib (db) ---> Shaykh al-Islam is one of my favorite scholars of the past, hence a very enjoyable and beneficial read for me. Insha'allah I will be ordering Asiran-e-Malta of Maulana Muhammad Miyan (db) as well. . |
