There is much Fadhail to the sandals of our beloved Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). I just got my new pair. I noticed that most people have not heard of it or do not practice this Sunnah yet. I have attached some pictures below. May Allah Ta'ala give us such love for the beloved Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wassalam) that the heart years to follow each and every Sunnah. The great Qadi, Shaykh Yusuf Nabhani (rah) is reported to have said: “...It is not for the image that my heart is longing it yearns for the one who wore this sandal...” Using the Blessed Sandal used as a Waseelah: http://jameah.co.uk/articles/miscellaneous/Na'l.pdf Picture of my new Sandals IMG_20120301_065600.jpg IMG_20120301_065539.jpg IMG_20120301_065520.jpg IMG_20120301_065510.jpg |

I'm curious about the placement of toes in such a sandal. I'm more used to what we call "selipar Jepun" (Japan sandals) where the big toe is on one side of the strap... you know what I mean. selipar.jpg |

Brother the attachments don't seem to work? what were they? Is it working now? Change the links in your quotes as well. In Sri Lanka alhamdulillah a few brothers are practicing this Sunnah. I read somewhere (i cannot remember exactly where) that wearing this blessed sandal itself is enough for a person to see Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in ones dreams. One special aspect of this Sandal is that there is no left/ right. You can wear any slipper on any foot and it wont matter. |

Maybe other brothers have seen it on sale somewhere? Yes Waseela is allowed, you can speak to Hadhrat Shaykh Maulana Adam Saheb (db) about it. Here is some information on him http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...f-Hafezahullah |
