This is a direct contact email to the Darul Iftaa at Madrassah In'amiyyah, and the response will come direct to you unless you ask them to put it on the website. As for reliability, I can personally say yes to that.

Not so sure abt askimam on their site while applying for a question it is said "Also note that we do not interpret dreams"

I think it's good that they don't accept dream questions ....

most are just random dreams of people with too much time

Behen sudoku, are you sure this email works because I just tried to email Mufti Ibrahim and my email it got rejected ( I received a Delivery status notification failure). May they have a new email now?
