Default Qaza Namaz

Qaza Namaz is considered one when a person is unable to offer it. i.e, unconsciousness, asleeped, or sickness/physical operation like.

If a person had missed his Namaz deliberately, of laziness, Iman weakness or secular priorities... If such person happened to repent and want to say his Qaza, could he remake it? or he only needs to do thoubah always, and increase his Nafal prayers? as some says, Qaza is not that Namaz which one leaves delibrately.

Qaza has to be offered. The person leaves either deliberately or by some other problem what so ever, he has to offer all Qaza Namaz.

Any and every missed fardh (and Witr) salat has to be made up (which is called qada), regardless whether it was missed due to a legitimate reason or due to ignorance. Also, any Qada salat has to be made up as soon as one is able to do it, the forbidden times to pray don't apply to qada, as it was supposed to be prayed already and now every moment delayed is a moment too much (Insha'Allah the knowledgeable will correct me if I am wrong on this).

On the other hand, if you're talking about hundreds or thousands of missed salats, over a few years let's say, then the scholars have two different opinions on this. One is to make taubah and make sure you never miss a salat again from this point forward, and to make any qada up immediately if for some reason should you miss a salat (nobody is perfect). The other says that as long as you were Muslim and were supposed to be making salat but weren't doing it due to ignorance or whatever reason(s), then you need to get on a schedule to make up all those salats (based on your best estimated calcuations, of coure, while probably doing a bit extra to be on the safe side). As far as I understand, the 2nd opinion (making them all up) is the more popular and accepted one. Even the scholars who are of the first opinion (making taubah and moving on), still will always recommend that it is better if one makes up all their missed salats to be on the safe side.

Again, Insha'Allah the knowledgeable will correct me if I said anything wrong in this post.

Allah knows best.

I met a person he say's there is not qaza namaz at all there is only fardh namaz.

Can some one provide valid proof for qaza namaz?

Not appropriate as you're paying your debt back to Allah, but as far as the prayer is complete in all its fara'id and wajibat, it will be valid. Make sure you make all movements appropriately without hurry and not shorter than the wajib time.

As put by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani:

"The position of all four schools of Sunni law is that it is obligatory (fard) to make up all missed prayers, regardless of why they were missed. And prayer is the first thing we will be questioned about on the Day of Judgement, as the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) informed us.

The position held by some contemporary modernists about not having to make up missed prayers is a deviant (shadhdh) position that is absolutely unacceptable. For details, check Reliance of the Traveller, which is a book every Sunni household should have
".
