Advice with a MAJOR sin/problem?

I am addicted to masturbating, i have tried to stop but i just cant as i am 16 and my testosterone and hormone levels are at an all time high.

if i masturbate to avoid girlfriend/boyfriend relationships and completely stop masturbating in a few years when my hormones have calmed down, then will i be okay? will i get forgiven?

Brother, I didn't intend attack you or imply you're not a good Muslim. Still, a problem and a sin should be recognized as such.
This is your test, and everyone of us has a test, his test. This is your occasion to show Allah your obedience and taqwa.
Make tawbah for this sin of yours and all your sins, and if ever you will slip, renew your sincere tawbah and intention not to commit it anymore.
Be strong, may Allah strenghten you.
