what if mods create a seperate section like brothers/sisters section and allow interested members in there... is will be a general section but not completely visible. This way we can assure only serious people get into discussions ?

More exclusion? With this idea don't you want more people - they might not get it at first (and may not appear to be serious) but once they wrap their heads around it, I think you'll get more interested people if you leave the discussions open for all to take part in - including naysayers.

Basically, as I understand it, the things are as follows.

Suppose we have got a boil on our finger but our work involves use of finger say writing.
In that case we shall do our work but we shall be careful not to hurt that particular finger.
That is what our attitude should be when mixing the worldly and religious things.
We have to deliver our worldly duties without doing any damage to our deen - without missing any part of deen.
