I know a sister who'se cursed by a voodoo spell, she refused to marry a man in marocco, since then he (or his family) has spelled a voodoo curse on her, since them she only has bad luck and strange things like accidents happen to her, it's like every change to get luck in her life is blocked by accidents and bad luck, i really care about her, and want to help her, off course she already contacted a imam to help her, and she's now performing methods to cure the voodoo spell, but i know people here have good knowledge about islam, and since i want to know a smuch as possible on how to cure voodoo spells in islam ( in a halal way), i thought open a topic about it, because i feel so sad for her, i really care for her, inscha'allah she will get cured.

so please if anyone can help me with good information on how to cure voodoo-spells/curses, please let me know, i really want to help my sister,

Pray Ayatul Kursee and a kitaab (book) called Manzil which contains Quran ayaat. It can be purchased from most UK Islamic Book shops.

Also have strong belief and sincerity in Allah SWT and make lots of dua.

Read the Shadhili Wazifa regularly and you will be protected from magic by Allah's leave according to the great Shaykh `Abdul Rahman al-Shaghouri.

But anyways if you already have been afflicted by a spell then you need to seek out authentic scholars who are specialized in this field. Unfortunately their numbers are alot less or they are hidden currently in this Ummah and harder to find. The scholars of external tassawuf (non-tariqa tassawuf) are much more qualified for treating psychiatric problems than psychiatrists in the west. But - that being said - this is not a psychiatric problem I do not think but a magic problem. Astaghfir Allah.

May Allah ta`ala punish those who practice black magic against people with a strict punishment fitting to what they deserve. And may Allah guide them.

The sister may try du`a to Allah ta`ala to help.

I need help with a similar problem - who can I go to, to get real help? I know of two people - one of whom did help cure a close companion of mine totally from these effects and now alhamdulillah they are totally ok.

It also depends where you live - If you are in the UK there are a number of people - but I do know of one person in particular.

If you want I will pass the information to one of the sisters in shura who will email you the info - that is if you live in the UK and if you do not want to go abroad

The other person I know of, lives in India - to which the person I know went in person and he helped to eliminate it in a few days alhamdulillah.

Insha Allah someone can put the Shadhili Wazifa up which not only has much barakah in your daily life but also protects you insha Allah ta`ala from magic by Allah's leave.

I have been affected from black magic, but Allhamadulilla, I feel lot more better. There are number of things one can do, but the first things is one must be:

PATIENT - Allah tala is with those who are patient, Patient is a cure in itself.

then

One must PURIFY ONES HEART AND CLEANSE ONES SOUL, most people affected by from the unseen are those with weak hearts (there are exceptions like our prophet (saw))

These are the verse's for black magic and the unseen:

1.Start by reciting durood Ibrahim (the one recited in salaat)
2.Soorat al-Faatihah
3.The beginning Soorat al Baqaraa 2:1-5
4.Soorat al Baqraa 2:102
5.Aayat al-Kursiy from Soorat al-Baqaraa, 2:255
6.Soorat al Baqaraa (final two verses) 2: 285-286
7.Soorat A’raaf 7:117-125
8.Soorat Yoonus 10:79-82
9.Ta-Ha 20:69
10Soorat mu’minoon 23:115-118
11Soorat Hashr 59:21-24
12Soorat al Jinn 72:1-5
13Soorat al-Kaafiroon - 109
14Soorat al-Ikhlaas and al-Mi’wadhatayn (i.e., Soorat al-Falaq and Soorat al-Naas) – to be recited three times. (112,113 and 114)
15Reciting the following duaa if you are doing ruqya for yourself:
“Allaahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhib al-ba’s wa’shafi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman”
(O Allaah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness).”
or the following if you are reciting for someone else:

“Bismillaah urqeek min kulli shay’in yu’deek, wa min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin haasidin Allah yushfeek, bismillaah urqeek”

16.End with reciting durood Ibrahim (the one recited in salaat)

You can also recite the aayahs, soorahs and du’aa mentioned above in water, and then you can drink some and wash with the rest, this is beneficial, by Allah’s leave.

Also you can use lotus leaves and wash with them with these verse, many people have cured themselves doing this.


Reciting all of SURA BAQARAA regularly is very effective, the sorceror CAN'T resist it, I don't know what happens, but it is not good for the magians. So do this on regular basis.

Reciting these verse, weakens the spell, how long it takes for the spell to break depends on the strength and kind of spell you suffering from. Things may get worse before they get better. But keep fighting it and be strong..
