Sure they do,but there are certain factors helping them,like the strong tawajjo of "Shahe khurasan,ie the title given to Pir Saifur Rahman Mubarak".Aferall a common man is bound to be impressed with such an open display of 'spiritual'(?) powers as he had,and then follow the rest of his instructions blindly.The main reason for people being impressed by such phenomena is the lack of knowledge.It is the duty of Ulema and Mashaikh haq to tell people that without the solid base of correct aqeeda,all these phenomena has no value.May Allah swt help us all.
