Default Political Muslim Parties in the West

Why has this never been introduced through ulama? Especially when we know that Ulama from the subcontinent were always active in politics. See for example Jamiat Ulama Hind and Mawlana Husayn Ahmad Madani. We have religious parties in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Malaysia etc.

Why not in the west? A party who defends the rights of the Muslims?

Probably because as a population, we count as something like 3% which means nothing politically unlike the countries you mention and hence, nothing would get done. Just look at parties like the Green party which are more or less 'fringe'... we'd have parties like that or (more likely) even less powerful than them.
