Well, before I heard this word, everything was going good in my deen untill I heard the word neo salaf and madkhali. What is this which opinion is right?

Madkhalis are Salafis who agree with and follow Rabi' al-Madkhali. Even the other Salafis find them very disagreeable and quarrelsome.

major thing that sticks out is that they are very pro saudi government and very anti jihaad

I don't know of the Shaikh Rabi Bin Hadi. All I know of those who claim to this particular strand of salafist and often associated with who are just extreme to the point of madness!

Janab e aali madkhalis belong to him. Don't abuse them, read his any book, then you will find how great he is
