for bringing this up This is a problem that has been present amongst the Muslims for quite a while now Go to any Muslim country and you'll find prostitutes. As I'm most familiar with Pakistan, look up Heera Mandi in Lahore. In every major city there, go to any hotel and you can ask for any type of prostitute (male/female) and practically any service Afghan women were literally kidnapped/forced into prostitution and taken out of the country during the war and subsequent civil war. There were even about 17 brothels in Kabul alone I think The prostitutes in France seem to be increasingly Muslim (Algerian/Morrocan and so on). Look at the fact that Ribery and a couple of other Muslim players got caught with a Muslim high class prostitute. In the UK, Pakistani drug dealer/gangsta types are major pimps. They'll exploit anything as long as theres a dollar sign on it. The lions share of pimping is still from non Muslims though, including people trafficking |

http://www.ciibroadcasting.com/index...ess&Itemid=186 I do not understand how the moderators of this forum are allowing such posts from time to time.... IS it not out of HAYA??????????? We all know these stories happening. However, spreading these stories cannot do anything good except degrading the society more and more, by hearing these stories good people at first are becoming accustomed to hear, then they will think aggressively these issues, then they will engage in the same sin............... in the same way all the fitnahs emerged in the society. Either stop the fitnah by any mean, or quarantine it, so that it does not spread. Hopefully people of understanding, rather than arrogant debaters, understand what I want to mean |

Salam,
I personally think bro colonl hardstone (MashAllah for your courage) brings out taboo topics that we cant digest as practising Muslims.I dont understand why some people try to blame or hush down members who try to bring out the ugly side of our Muslims. Its all about how concerned we are about our ummah.yes we are uncomfotable and v.disheartened reading these.but these issues do exist in our society sadly. As responsible Muslim adults whats wrong in bringing out these in an Islamic forum.?Provided its only and merely with the intentions of above mentioned reason. About the Muslim prostitutes, never knew things are so bad.I sm surprised at my own ignorance. This is my opinion btw. |

salaam
its good uncle muadh has raised this serious issue. we need to bring these vices into the open and try to do something about it rather than turning a blind eye. alot of muslims are acting like the christians who only want to hear about glory and heaven that everything is nice all rosey. im speaking from experience here in east london if you want drugs or something i can assure the top dog will be a muslim, if you want to pull of an insurance job or other fruad again you can rest assure it be a muslim and most likely of pakistani and indian origin. things are getting worse day by day just look at the story i posted here a few months ago when 16 pakistani men where sentence for kidnapping a 14 year old raping her and making her work as a prostitute. its not just the jaahil muslims who are doing this but alo some brough up in religious families but their families go to such an extreme they control the child to an extent they feel like rebelling |

Five men have been condemned as "sexual predators" by a judge as he handed down lengthy jail terms after they were found guilty of grooming teenage girls for sex. Some of the defendants wept in the dock at Sheffield Crown Court as the judge jailed them for a total of thirty two and a half years on Friday. The five, Umar Razaq, 24, Razwan Razaq, 30, Zafran Ramzan, 21, Adil Hussain 20, and Mohsin Khan, 21, were found guilty on Thursday of a string of sexually related offences against girls aged between 12 and 16 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ramzan was found guilty of raping a 16-year-old girl in her own home, and the other four were found guilty of sexual activity with a child |

An old fable comes to mind. We all have two wolves inside of us one is good, calm, peaceful, serene and the other full of vengeance, hate, lust, carnality. They are both in a constant internal battle with one another. The one which wins is the one we feed the most. As we feed one, it grows stronger and the other weaker, eventually easily overcoming the other and taking control. |

Just a few days ago I was thinking to myself, that the masturbation topic was just scratching the surface of the fahsha our Ummah, including appearantly pious brothers/sisters, are indulged in. And how much more filth would come out, if you just digg a little deeper. So, although masturbation is a simply sick disease, Muslims today go even much further with all sorts of Zina. Masturbation, adultery, fornication, prostitution, rape... you name it! But were we not a little naive, when thinking that Muslims or even appearantly pious Muslims can be (or are) engaged in all sorts of grave sins, but not in these type of filthy activities? For example, we all know that interest and backbiting has been told in Ahadith to be far worse than Zina (with your own mother). No doubt, we should be aware of the pitiful state we all are in, but what exactly are the Islamic guidelines to discuss these delicant issues? Because, as Maulana Tariq Jameel [DB] puts it, "the mizaj of Shari'ah is to hide faults and not to seek & propagate them". But he makes a distinction between habitual sinners and those who "occasionally slip", so I'm not sure. For one, in my opinion the issue should be discussed general and details about certain cases spared to preserve the honour of those brother and sisters, who have become weak and fallen into the traps of Shaytan. They definitely don't do it to give Islam or Islamic symbols a bad name. So, these are just my thoughts. My ideas about this topic could be wrong. Wallahu 'Alam. |

As salam alaikum
There is indeed fahsha throughout the Muslim world. But its categorically WRONG just to blame the individual because there are other factors involved BESIDES the individual, but which influence and further misguide and distract the individual. There are two main causes for the spread and growth of fahsha within the Muslim world: 1) The absence of the Islamic state in which the Deen of Islam is implemented in its entirety and the minimal standard of Shariah is fulfilled. The Islamic state includes the khalifah or sultan who protects the Ummah from the enemies of Islam, upholds and leads by the Deen of Islam, and establishes justice and the Haqq between the people. 2)The prevalence and propagation of kufr concepts throughout the Muslim world. The primary source of these kufr concepts is Western culture which have generated manmade ideologies which undermine humainty, including capitalism, socialism, and communism. But other kufr concepts which help to destroy the Muslim societies include nationalism, secularism, individualism, materialism, and the secular philosophies of nihilism, existentalism, etc. In the absence of the Islamic state, the Muslim nations have fallen prey to the kufr concepts which work to spread Western cultural concepts. And the Prophet (saaw) is reported to have said: "the first to go will be the ruling, and the last to go will be the salaat." |

(29:3) 29:3 Yea, indeed, We did test those who lived before them; and so, [too, shall be tested the people now living: and] most certainly will God mark out those who prove themselves true, and most certainly will He mark out those who are lying وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ (29:11) 29:11 [Yea-] and most certainly will God mark out those who have [truly] attained to faith, and most certainly will He mark out the hypocrites Those who deny the importance of the first, the Islamic state, subjugate the Ummah to suffer the second, the propagation of kufr concepts. Those who support the second- well, you can gather the grave seriousness of the matter. The Ummah cannot produce a perfect mass of people who do no wrong. This was not accomplished during the life of the Prophet (saaw) despite him being the best of mankind and the first generation being the best. Thus, humans are prone to weakness and sin. However, the society can be in support of the tazkiyatl nafs, and taqwa, and iman, and `ubudiyah. And by society, I mean: 1)the systems of the society including the laws, government and economy; 2)the thoughts/ideas of a society as propagated by the media, the government, leadership; 3)the sentimentes of the society, as in feelings, sensations, etc.; 4)the individuals in permanent relationships of the society. It is incorrect to only focus on individuals. And the Ummah must generate sentiments and thoughts in favor of the Islamic state to lead individuals to become aware of it, favor it, hope for it, believe in it. A Muslim who sins can still hope for repentance and resumption of an Islamic state. |

“Mutah” translates literally to “pleasure” in Arabic. In the Shia context, Mutah refers to a “temporary marriage.” A man pays a woman a sum of money (i.e. a so-called “dowry”) and he can have sexual relations with her for however long they agree for in the Mutah contract. The Mutah time period can be as little as one night, or even one hour–enough time for the man to do the sexual act. For all intents and purposes, Mutah is prostitution: a man pays a sum of money in order to have sexual relations with a woman.
Mutah is considered permissible in the Shia faith. It is completely rejected by the mainstream Muslims (i.e. the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah). The Shia Ayatollahs slander the Prophet by arguing that he encouraged Mutah, whereas the Ahlus Sunnah valiantly rejects such blasphemy and adamantly holds that the Prophet categorically forbade Mutah. Shi’ism not only allows Mutah but actively encourages it. Naturally, many Shia apologetics have a hard time accounting for this; oftentimes, the Shia laity themselves (especially the women) are in denial as to their own beliefs. The fact is that Shi’ism not only allows Mutah, but it actively encourages it and even forbids anyone from saying that Mutah is wrong. According to Shi’ism, the more Mutah a man engages in, the more reward he supposedly gets. Any person who does not believe in Mutah is considered to be a Kaafir (disbeliever) by the Shia Ulema. There is no debate on this amongst the Shia Ulema, and there is Ijma (consensus) amongst them on the Kufr of denying Mutah. Al-Kafi is one of the four Shia books of Hadith; of the four, it is considered the most authoratative and authentic. We read one such Sahih Hadith, in which the Imam says: “One who engages in Mutah once in his lifetime reaches the status of Imam Al-Hussain. One who engages in it twice becomes equal in status to Imam Al-Hasan. The one who performs it three times reaches the position of Imam Ali. And he who practices it four times acquires the level and position of the Prophet Muhammad.” (Furoo al-Kafi) This is pure blasphemy to say that all a man has to do to get to the level and position of the Prophet is to have Mutah with four women. To say that a man who engages in prostitution can in any way, shape, or form be compared to the Prophet is heresy. Here are some more Shia Hadith from Al-Kafi (narrated in al-Kulaini, Furoo al-Kafi, Volume 2, p.196): 1. Abaan Ibn Tulugh related that he said to Imam Jafar as-Sadiq, “Often during my travels I come across a very beautiful woman and I am not sure if she has a husband or if she is an adultress or if she is one of dubious character.” The Imam responded, “Why should you worry about all of these things? Your duty is to believe what she says, and if she says that she has no husband then you should engage in Mutah with her.” (Al-Kafi) 2. Zanaarah said, “I asked the Imam: ‘with how many girls can one do Mutah with?’ He replied, ‘with as many as you like; they are like hired girls.’” (Al-Kafi) 3. “If a man contracts Mutah once in his lifetime, Allah will grant him paradise.” (Al-Kafi) 4. “If a man does Mutah, he is saved from shirk.” (Al-Kafi) Let us examine another Shia Hadith on the matter of Mutah: Imam al-Sadiq (as) said: “The one who does not believe in our return [Al-Raj’ah] and does not consider our Mutah to be Halal is not from us.” (al-Bihar, al-Majlisi, v53, p92, Hadith #101) And another interesting Shia Hadith: Imam as-Sadiq (as) said: “He who believes in seven things is regarded as a believer: the disavowal of idols and tyrants, the declaration of the divine leadership of the Imams, the belief of Rajaa, legality of Mutah, the illegality of the flesh of eel, and the illegality of passing the wet hands over the slippers (during the ritual ablutions).” (Narrated by Ali bin Ahmed bin Abdullah who narrated to us from his father from his grandfather from Ahmed bin Abi Abdullah al-Barqi from his father from Amr bin Shemr from Abdullah) These are very peculiar beliefs indeed. How is it that Mutah is considered commendable in Shi’ism? Mutah is nothing other than prostitution. To believe that Mutah is permissible is to negate all the Islamic exhortations in regards to chastity, sexual modesty, and righteousness. Furthermore, it is complete blasphemy against our Prophet to say that he encouraged prostitution. Mutah is Zinnah (fornication); it is immoral and reprehensible. Article Written By: Ibn al-Hashimi |

The Iranian government recently passed legislation which created legal whore-houses, brothels which would be officially liscensed under law as “Chastity Houses.” Such a name is of course the epitome of Orwellian terminology, and the irony of the name should not be lost to anyone.
The Iranian clerics argued that the only way to solve the problem of prostitution is to bring it under state control. In recent weeks, several prominent conservative clerics have proposed that prostitutes be placed in government-run shelters for destitute women to be called “Chastity Houses,” where male customers could briefly “marry” them under the Shia belief of Mutah. These brothels would then be run by the Iranian religious clerics, who would ensure that the couples use contraceptives and protective measures. Proponents of the idea argue that it would “eradicate social corruption” by legitimizing sexual relations between the men and women. Under the plan, the couples would register for a temporary marriage under Iran’s Shia law. One cleric backing the plan, Ayatollah Mohammed Mousavi Bojnurdi, recently told a newspaper: “We face a real challenge with all these women on the street. Our society is in an emergency situation, so the formation of the Chastity Houses can be an immediate solution to the problem.” He added that the plan “is both realistic and conforms to Sharia [Islamic] law.” The Cultural Council for Women, a women’s rights group, argue back that such houses would be a “deceitful and thinly disguised” form of prostitution. Reuters recently quoted Shahrbanou Amani, a female parliamentarian, as calling the Chastity Houses “an insult and disrespectful to women.” Particularly discomforting is that there are hundreds of thousands of prostitutes in Tehran alone, and many of them are girls who are poverty-striken and forced into the now legalized prostitution that is so rampant in Iran. MAY ALLAH SWT SAVE US AND THE REST OF THE UMMAH FROM SUCH FITNAH!!! |
