Does anyone know of a Hadith of our Beloved Prophet looking for his Ummah on the resurrection day?

I read a narration of the event that when our Beloved Prophet() resurrected, the first question he'll ask Jibreel would be where's my ummah, and his tears flowing his cheeks. And even Jibreel and other angels beside him would also start crying when they saw our Beloved Prophet() crying and looking for his ummah.
