I will only reveal my source of information if you deny the following facts:

i. Lal Masjid people and Jamia Hafsa ladies illegally occupied a library

ii. They kidnapped some Chinese people

iii. They refused to lay down their weapons and cease their illegal activities when the government ordered them to do so

The people who were killed in Lal Masjid operation are without a doubt Shaheed. I don't know how can a person make a second opinion about it. The barbaric operation launched by the Napak Army is one of the most heinous crimes in the history of humanity. The unmatched steadfastness and sacrifices of Maulana Abur Rasheed Ghazi Shaheed rahimuhullah and his companions will always shine like a diamond on the forehead of the people of Haq.
I would suggest brother AbdulQadir to revisit his stance regarding Lal Masjid.

It is not allowed to call anyone a shaheed, unless there is proof from Quraan and Sunnah. Because only Allaah knows what is in a person's heart and only He knows the Unseen.

There are two things that have got permanently imprinted on mind. One is a sound and another an image.

First the sound. Meri shahadat yaqeeni hai ...... (my martyrdom is certain). These were the words we heard as Syed Abdur Rasheed Ghazi Shaheed spoke to Ragih Omaar-in latter's Witness Series for BBC.

The image is also from the same series. In this, after breaking away from a small crowd, Ragih tells the camera that the news of killing of Maulana has just come in. He signs out with That's it and walks away thoughtfully. I doubt that he was acting.

What more proof do we need?
