Mufti Naeem is a Mufti and as such I'm sure he has his reasons for backing the MQM which, he said according to the TV News Report in the YouTube link in post #12 is due to the good work the MQM has done in building and providing for Karachi. If anyone thinks that's a bad idea regardless, then contact Mufti Naeem and discuss it with him instead of discussing it here which won't have any effect.

Many significant ulama like Maulana Yusuf Ludhianvi have been martyred. Many of them not in too distant past. In fact we can not be smug and say that we are out of that phase. Those of you who are from that area can make a list of them too. The duplicity of above list is chilling-it facilitates the elimination of scholars while giving a false sense of alertness, apart from creating an aura around those people to which it does not belong.
