بِسـمِ اللهِ الذي لا يَضُـرُّ مَعَ اسمِـهِ شَيءٌ في الأرْضِ وَلا في السّمـاءِ وَهـوَ السّمـيعُ العَلـيم

its in hisnul muslim chapter words of remembrance in the morning and evening

I dont know if I have seen this in hisnul haseen but surely in munajaat e maqbool. Also, in some copies of Uswai Rasool e Akram salallahu alayhi wa sallam you will also find this dua. Insha'Allah I will provide scanned copy if Allah swt wills.
