Query about Wudu

aoa,

i have a query regarding wudu:
is the wudu complete if someone finds out at the moment of washing feet that water is reduced to mere drops, and then (because iqaamat is called) he uses those drops to moisten his hand to barely wash his feet once?

what if after doing this he realized that the person doing wuzu next to him had slightly more water coming from his tap?but he went and joined the jamaat.

i know its quite complicated but i will be really glad if anyone can help me directly or tel me a site where i can find minor details on wuzu
Jazak Allah khair

If you WASH your foot even once then Wudu is complete but if the water isn't sufficient then it will be MAS'AH 9f the foot itself) which would not be valid.

http://www.central-mosque.com/fiqh/sunwudhu.htm

Evidence is points 15,16 & 17.

If you just used the moist hand to wet your feet then your wudhu will be INVALID.

You will have to repeat the Salah that you did with that Wudhu.

Read Beheshti Zewar for masaa'il of Wudhu.

http://discussworldissues.com/forums...es/wasalam.gif Sayyidi,

Telling someone who doesn't follow Madhab to read "Beheshti Zewar" is like

Telling Geroge Bush to speak to Shaykh Osama Bin Ladin (RA)

I didn't know.

It can't be that bad.

If you got water to the whole foot such that no part was dry and at the very least two drops of water fell off the foot then this will be fine.

and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.

It is essential that both feet are washed once at least during Wudhu

first you have to know that washing necessitates that the foot is entirely wet, not an inch of your foot remains dry. Meaning, not an inch of your foot where water hasn't touched.

Rasoolullaah http://discussworldissues.com/forums...ilies/pbuh.gif especially warned about the heels in this matter

So if you do it with that intention, but Shaytaan whispers a doubt, then ignore the doubt.

But if you are positive and know for a fact that you didn't wash the entire foot, then the wudhu is invalid.

http://discussworldissues.com/forums...lies/salam.gif whenever people do wudhu, they should rub the body while droping water, then the person is 101% sure that he didnt leavce any place dry.

i think i could have washed my feet better if i had waited for the other person to finish wuzu. im not sure about it but its possible.
so i repeated my asr prayer. better safe than sorry.

and doesnt it say in fiqh that a person can do tayammum if iqamat has been called and water finishes?

No it doesn't say this.

If there is no water in 1km radius area, then you can do Tayammum otherwise you can always go home and do Wudhu http://discussworldissues.com/forums...icon_smile.gif

Mufti AbuHajira just corrected that 1 Sharai mile = 1 sharee mile = (approx) 1.83 km

Please change the 1 km = 1.83km

Reminds me when a poor guy went to Haroon ur Rasheed and asked him to give him money so that he can do Hajj. Haroon ur Rasheed said, Hajj is not Farz on you because you don't have any money. The guy said, I asked for money not a Fatwa http://discussworldissues.com/forums...cheesygrin.gif
